Job Description
The Operations Team Lead is a key member of our organization, responsible for leading and developing a team of customer service and logistics professionals. The successful candidate will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team to meet changing customer demands and business needs
- Actively participate in client meetings and service reviews to understand evolving needs and monitor satisfaction levels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote trust and long-term partnerships
- Oversight the day-to-day operations of logistics and transport services, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery
- Ensure all service-related issues and customer complaints are addressed promptly and effectively
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), customer feedback, and operational statistics
- Champion process optimization and innovation across customer service and logistics functions
