Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to fill a fast-paced Customer Service Officer role.

This full-time position requires multitasking, adaptability, and a focus on meeting customer expectations through effective distribution and transportation of concrete products.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily scheduling to meet customer and business needs, working closely with the Sales, Customer Service, and yard teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Despatch duties with a customer service focus
  • Scheduling current and future orders
  • Liasing with the Sales, Customer Service, and yard teams on a daily basis
  • Maximising daily deliveries and truck utilisation
  • Maintaining health, safety, and environment standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a transport or operational manufacturing environment
  • Commitment to health, safety, and environment policies
  • Exceptional time management, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Able to identify and resolve problems quickly
  • SAP experience is desirable
  • Building materials or similar industry experience
