Job Title: Concrete Production Manager

The role of the Concrete Production Manager is to oversee the production operations of seven concrete plants, working closely with our fleet team to ensure seamless delivery coordination. Reporting to the Queensland Operations Manager, you will be accountable for meeting operational goals, site requirements, and ensuring that all plants and equipment run efficiently, cost-effectively, and safely, with minimal environmental impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong safety, health, and environmental standards across all operations.\
  • Lead, support, and mentor a team of plant managers, supervisors, and drivers.\
  • Oversee and manage the profit & loss budget to ensure financial performance.\
  • Coordinate maintenance of plants and vehicles to maximise efficiency and reliability.\
  • Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction.\
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance and operational improvement plans.\
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business.\
