We are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Operations Support Manager to join our Umbrella Functional Consulting & Support Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our Application Support and DevOps teams in ensuring the optimal performance of our SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Application Support and DevOps teams, conducting performance reviews and fostering skill development.
- SaaS Operations: Oversee SaaS operations, ensuring smooth daily support, product upgrades, and SLA compliance.
- Customer Support: Act as the main contact for escalated issues, ensuring timely and effective customer support.
- Process Improvement: Implement process improvements using industry best practices like ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new products and provide feedback for enhancements.
- Technology Management: Manage technology stack maintenance, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Cloud Expertise: A strong background in cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
- Team Leadership: Over five years of experience managing teams, leading by example, and mentoring.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and maintain smooth operations.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
