Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our transport portfolio in APAC.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of strategic transport initiatives.
  • Manage a fleet of assets and optimize logistics operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and NHVR standards.
  • Negotiate partnerships with carriers and ensure audit readiness.
  • Enhance visibility and efficiency through Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • Collaborate with commercial teams on pricing and tenders.
  • Manage profit and loss, budgeting, and reporting for transport operations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and synergies.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.

This role requires 6-10 years' experience in transport operations, with proven leadership skills.
