Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified educator to support a team of enthusiastic professionals in delivering engaging programs that spark creativity and joy. As a Childcare Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • SUPPORTING A TEAM OF ENTHUSIASTIC EDUCATORS TO DELIVER AWESOME BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL EXPERIENCES
  • HELPING PLAN AND RUN FUN, ENGAGING, AND SAFE PROGRAMS THAT SPARK CREATIVITY AND JOY
  • BUILDING STRONG, POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND THE SCHOOL COMMUNITY
  • MANAGING DAILY BOOKINGS AND SAFETY CHECKS TO KEEP EVERYTHING RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND SAFELY

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A CHILD CARE QUALIFICATION (OR BE ACTIVELY WORKING TOWARDS ONE)
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN OSHC OR A SIMILAR SETTING
  • CURRENT CHILD PROTECTION AND FIRST AID CERTIFICATIONS
  • A VALID NSW WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK
