Childcare Coordinator Position

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Coordinator to lead our after school care program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare service.
  • Develop and deliver daily quality activities that promote learning and development.
  • Ensure child safety and report any incidents.
  • Supervise and support children during activities and outings.
  • Promote healthy eating habits by preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, children, families, and the community.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 4, Diploma or Bachelor's in Children's Services or equivalent.
  • Current Employee Working with Children's Checks.
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
  • Child Protection Knowledge.
