Australia Real Estate Investment Leader

Leadership Role Overview:
">- This senior leadership position oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate transactions in Australia, including sourcing acquisitions, underwriting and evaluating assets, negotiating agreements, coordinating due diligence processes, and ensuring transaction closings.
- As the key point of contact for capital market activity, you will execute all financing transactions for the assets, adhering to terms set by portfolio managers.
- The successful candidate will drive the strategy and execution of Australian investment opportunities from a market perspective, supporting team members in conducting financial underwriting and commercial appraisal, structuring investments, transaction negotiations, and presenting to internal clients, funds, and investment committees.
- During the asset holding period, you will oversee investments by sitting as a director of the investment vehicles.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the real estate sector, preferably from institutional asset management, investment banking, private equity, or real estate development. They possess a proven track record of sourcing and closing Australian real estate transactions across commercial and/or residential assets. Additionally, they have experience in structuring real estate transactions on behalf of foreign capital for non-discretionary and discretionary investment accounts.
