About this Role

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering woman-centred, evidence-informed care to women enrolled in the Maternity Group Program (MGP).

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate midwifery care in collaboration with the woman, her family, and the healthcare team.

  • Provide exceptional care to women throughout pregnancy, labour, birth, and postnatal periods, promoting a positive experience of service delivery.

  • Maintain responsibility for personal and professional development by participating in ongoing training, clinical supervision, and performance reviews.

  • Work collaboratively to achieve and maintain quality care, monitoring outcomes for allocated women.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Midwife who possesses:

  • Registration with AHPRA and availability to work on-call across the continuum of care.

  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to travel during employment.

  • The ability to engage proactively with pregnant women and their families, enhancing their experience of service delivery.

  • Desirable: experience working across the full scope of midwifery practice.
