Responsibilities
  • Display hands on leadership and lead by example;
  • Be organised and understand room movements, amenity lists, and other daily priorities to ensure a seamless operation;
  • Communicate effectively with the team so they can perform at their best;
  • Ensure Talent are working together collaboratively to meet and anticipate guests needs;
  • Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies;
  • Champion brand standards to ensure consistency, quality, and luxury service is delivered to all our guests;
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and identify training needs of the team so they too can develop.
