Chief Talent Acquisition Strategist

As a senior talent acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for identifying staffing needs and determining selection criteria.

You will plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

Additionally, you will design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.

You will also lead employer branding initiatives, organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events, and forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

In this role, you will perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment
  • Managed services experience - previous experience at MSPs is desirable
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Law from a reputable university
  • Demonstrated team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, fast-paced individual with strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
