Job Title:

Retail Sales Assistant

About the Job:

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting customers with their queries and ensuring they receive a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working towards sales targets and KPIs, as well as experience in sales and customer service. They will be proactive and show initiative, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to each customer
  • Working in a team environment and autonomously as required
  • Assisting with store merchandising and administration tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs (1 year preferred)
  • Experience in sales (1 year preferred)
  • Experience in customer service (1 year preferred)

The salary for this role is determined by age, but we offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $13.91 to $30.91 per hour.
