Overview
   A role has become available in our footwear store. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with colleagues to achieve outstanding store results, maintaining excellent presentation standards while meeting individual and team targets.

We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have the motivation to succeed. As an ideal candidate, you will be passionate about fashion footwear, have some experience in retail or hospitality, and be willing to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer experiences by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and exceeding expectations
   • Maximise sales opportunities through effective product knowledge, sales techniques, and building strong relationships with customers
   • Maintain exceptional store presentation, including visual merchandising, stock levels, and floor cleanliness
   • Additional sales of Value Add Products (VAPs) accessories to drive revenue growth

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills, providing solutions that meet customer needs
   • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple demands
   • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and colleagues
   • Passion for fashion footwear and a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge
   • Experience in retail or hospitality, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in challenging situations
