Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Manage store sales and KPI targets, with a focus on meeting or exceeding individual performance goals.

  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
  • Inventory Management: Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure a comprehensive product offer on the sales floor.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the adidas brand and company values in an inspiring and impactful way.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong retail sales or customer service background, with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, and passionate about achievement, with a comfort level working in a fast-paced environment.
