Job Title: Maintenance Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced maintenance operations manager to lead our team in maintaining and optimizing the performance of our farm equipment.

  • Oversee daily maintenance activities, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Manage workshop budgets, spare parts, and stock levels to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Liaise with centralised maintenance crews and external contractors as needed to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies to reduce equipment breakdowns and improve overall efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, inventories, and defect reports.
  • Collaborating with the agronomic and operational teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
