About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our Operations & Maintenance team in Queensland, Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in leading teams and achieving results to safely maintain and operate our assets across SEQ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and foster a positive climate to facilitate individual development, team performance, and company goals.
  • Facilitate safety improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all HS&E policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Evolve and sustain agile operations focused on developing and communicating best practice and innovative solutions.
  • Coach, develop, and build a high-performance operational structure.
  • Responsible for the management of assets, external services, and suppliers.
  • Adhere to all financial processes and policies to ensure on-time and on-budget quality outcomes.
  • Coordinate the provision of effective operations work within the region to maximise field time, equipment uptime, and completion of project works, preventative, and corrective maintenance.

About the Team

The Operations and Maintenance Team is a high-performing team operating in a complex and dynamic environment. We strive for continuous improvement and challenge the status quo to create value.

You will lead a team of approximately 20 people who perform frontline O&M activities for our South East Queensland assets, including the Roma to Brisbane Pipeline, Laterals, and Stations, Kogan North Gas Processing Facility, and the Darling Downs Solar Farm.

The role requires regular travel to the SEQ assets to lead and support your team and includes a tool of trade vehicle.
