About the TeamThe Waste Services Branch manages, operates, and controls the region's waste and resource recovery initiatives across a range of Waste Management Facilities. The branch also coordinates and manages waste collection services while providing education and awareness of waste and resource recovery to the community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver projects and programs in alignment with Council's Waste Management Strategy at our award-winning waste facilities.
- Work closely with the Principal Waste Strategy and Planning and the rest of the team in a progressive, friendly and supportive environment.
- Full-time Contract based at our award-winning Greater Toowoomba Waste Management Facility.
- Base salary of $106,175.89 gross per year, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.
