Insurance Broker Assistant Role

You will assist senior brokers in servicing and growing client portfolios, coordinating new business quotes and renewals, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior brokers in servicing and growing client portfolios
  • Coordinate new business quotes and renewals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders
  • Assist in overall account management and debtor management
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients
  • Stay informed of industry trends through internal and external training sessions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
