Project Development Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and analytical professional to support the development team in project feasibility analysis and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property development, financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support feasibility analysis and project strategy for brownfield and mixed-use developments.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of development and feasibility models to evaluate project viability.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including planners, architects, and financial consultants.
  • Contribute to project reporting, risk assessments, and investment memoranda.
  • Engage with clients to understand drivers and conduct options analysis to assist with project pathways.
  • Monitor project progress and assist in managing timelines, budgets, and approvals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Property, Finance, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years' experience in property development, ideally in an Assistant Development Manager or Assistant Development Project Manager role.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong financial acumen, including the ability to input into investment proposal submissions to clients.
  • Experience procuring/engaging with planning and design consultants to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Background with producing/maintaining project schedules.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
