Job Description:

We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our Consumer Media View team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality survey data to our clients.

The Operations Executive will work closely with key stakeholders to prepare and process data in a timely and quality-driven manner. They will also contribute towards the delivery of data to clients, following appropriate procedures and approvals.

In this role, you will conduct data audits and participate in Quality Control for all aspects of the CMV process. You will troubleshoot technical data queries and assist internal stakeholders as needed.

Additionally, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as the Programming Team to ensure managing the back end of the survey. Communicating and updating the programmers on required changes and updates is a must.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree related to Computer/IT/Programming courses or relatable experiences. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of related working experience in the market research industry or relevant experience is preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Knowledge of any programming codes, preferable SQL, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.

Other skills include excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, good organisational skills & the ability to juggle competing priorities, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, within a global company.
