Lead Data Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the delivery of complex data projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management and leadership, with experience in data platforms and infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive process improvement, identify and mitigate risks, and provide strategic solutions to complex problems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze and mitigate operational and delivery risks.
  • Contribute to the development of systems, processes, procedures, and strategies to implement projects and services.
  • Prepare briefings, submissions, presentations, and business cases to support goals and achievements of business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in project management or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in delivery management.
  • Knowledge of data platforms, technology, and infrastructure is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience identifying operational and delivery risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure service levels are maintained.
  • Robust knowledge of developing systems, processes, procedures, and strategies to implement projects and services.
