**Job Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled professional to support our data delivery team, ensuring seamless daily data delivery in line with contractual obligations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of statistical knowledge, attention to detail, and technical client servicing skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the data delivery team across departments to guarantee timely data delivery according to contractual requirements.
  • Conducting ongoing analysis and review of systems and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compiling specifications, documenting processes, procedures, and methodologies.
  • Testing and verifying changes to output after modifications to data delivery systems.
  • Making contributions to the development of Test Plans and Test Scripts, and executing tests as required.
  • Providing ad-hoc statistical/technical support, including technical data queries from clients.
  • Maintaining and developing Python and SAS programs for panel management reports, modifying them to accommodate changes or providing training to support staff.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

  • University graduate or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS (desired), R (desired), and Tableau.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work confidently with large and complex data sets.
  • Highly analytical with proven ability to solve and turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Autonomous self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to present complex information simply and directly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak confidently in front of large groups.
