Claims Leadership Opportunity

As a senior leader within our organisation, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of our claims proposition for key partners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
  • Driving customer-centric claims service delivery and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Providing leadership on complex claims, reinsurance relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborating across teams to support new product development and enhancements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in a senior role within Financial Services or Insurance.
  • Proven commercial acumen with strong strategic and operational insight.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
  • Sound knowledge of Super Funds, key industry partners, and reinsurance operations.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
