We are committed to streamlining the process of managing customer relationships. Our team is seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Account Growth Manager.

This challenging position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in sales and account management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, building strong relationships with customers and channel partners, and delivering exceptional service across a range of customer types and sizes.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, with experience working with both direct customers and channel partners. They will have a proven ability to negotiate business terms effectively, handle challenging customer conversations, and communicate value confidently.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the value of more than 200+ accounts, focusing on the APAC regions.
  • Negotiate customer contract terms in partnership with our network of dealers.
  • Educate customers about pricing changes to our core platform and new products available for purchase.
  • Understand each customer's needs and desired outcomes, aligning them with effective solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record in preventing churn, growing account value, and identifying expansions and upsells.
