Support Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the entire order-to-cash process with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Manage KPIs with 3PL warehouse and transport partners to ensure SLAs are being met.
  • Process and record vendor invoices.
  • Manage master data and support incident-resolution.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar logistics and/or customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous, with the ability to problem solve autonomously.
  • Proficient in systems such as MS Excel and SAP.
