Sales Development Representative

About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to assist with day-to-day transactions and sales activities.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with major accounts, staying informed of market developments, and providing strategic input to expand business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and following up on customer quotations, converting them into sales orders, accurately interpreting customer parts and component requirements using electronic parts manuals, promoting a collaborative and consultative team environment, and showing initiative in improving team productivity and processes.

Organizing resources effectively while balancing independent and team-based tasks is essential for success in this role.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of parts interpreting experience is preferred, as well as being well-presented, articulate, and experienced in earthmoving or truck parts.
  • Forklift license and open driver's license are required, and exposure to construction or off-highway heavy mining equipment is advantageous.
  • Strong computer proficiency and communication skills (written & verbal) are also essential.
