">- Strategic sourcing of business opportunities, identifying and converting them into sales leads for the company.
- Monitoring the mining and construction equipment market to stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of experience in sales or business development from related industries.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Exceptional customer engagement and relationship development skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong technical and project management skills, with a solid understanding of earthmoving, mining, and infrastructure equipment.
- Ability to travel as required, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Understanding of various earthmoving, mining, and infrastructure equipment, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
