About This Opportunity

This is a critical role that plays a vital part in the health and wellbeing of our team members and customers.

As a Wellbeing and Injury Management Partner, you will work closely with leaders and peers to implement world-class wellbeing and injury management models, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engagement and Communication: Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure we are providing the best possible care opportunities for our team and customers.
  • Workers Compensation Legislation: Provide technical knowledge and support to leaders around workers' compensation obligations and legislation changes.
  • Change & Project Management: Continuously listen to teams to learn what we can do to simplify and provide world-class care.
  • Learning & Development: Input into the design, measurement of effectiveness and facilitation of relevant training.
  • Team Care: Support and coach leadership teams through the end-to-end process of Early Intervention and Claim Management.
  • Data analytics: Review wellbeing and injury management data, highlighting trends and systemic concerns, and present and interpret the data for leaders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in injury management, health or wellbeing, with Diploma level qualifications or relevant certifications.
  • Proven skills in finding and fixing hazards, incident investigation, wellbeing programs, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and high energy and enthusiasm for everything you do.
  • Experience monitoring and embedding injury management and wellbeing processes and systems that drive performance improvement.
  • Experience working in a high-paced, multi-site environment.
