Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the company's invoicing and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Monitor and record incoming customer payments, allocating them correctly to SAP & MYOB accounts.
  • Proactively follow up on open invoices and overdue payments, maintaining a positive cash flow.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information, supporting the Commercial Financial Manager in budgeting and forecasting AR processes.
  • Assist with month-end closing, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Collaborate with the broader Finance team, providing support and expertise as needed.
Requirements

A successful Accounts Receivable Officer should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar AR position.
  • Proficiency in SAP & Myob, with a strong understanding of financial software.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Finance team.
