About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Dealer Network Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for administration and a keen eye for detail to support the growth of our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate dealer network projects including new appointments, relocations, facility upgrades, and terminations.
- Oversee the delivery of signage, furniture, and other items required for dealer facilities.
- Maintain and update the dealer database across all brands, including contact details, ownership structures, and contractual status.
- Assist in preparing and publishing brand operating standards and policies.
- Support the creation of presentations and reports for dealer network development initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with dealer agreements, brand standards, and corporate identity guidelines.
- Coordinate the administration of dealer agreements and renewals.
- Provide timely distribution of dealer performance reports across the network.
- Contribute to broader projects such as market studies, strategic planning, and dealer performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- A certificate or diploma in Business Administration (or similar).
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word , SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
