Job Description

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as a Legal Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the legal and operational needs of our AI-driven platform as it expands in Australia and scales internationally.

Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating and testing the AI legal research platform to ensure accuracy and relevance, verifying AI-generated legal content, and facilitating user testing to gather insights and translate feedback into product improvements.

You will also be responsible for conducting demonstrations of the platform for client-facing teams and prospective users, providing input on content and product development, and collaborating with integration partners and internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8-10 years post-qualification experience
  • Commercial or operations experience is highly desirable
  • Background in wills & estates, commercial law, or commercial litigation
  • Strong knowledge of the legal market and LegalTech trends
  • Demonstrated commercial and operational mindset, with excellent communication and analytical skills
