  • You will be the face of our brand, establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening.
  • You will review various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer.
  • You will communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
  • You will complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • You will answer customer questions and inquiries.

About the Role

This role is for those who enjoy working in fast-paced environments while delivering exceptional customer service. You should have previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.

  • You must have a full (unrestricted) and valid driver's license.
  • You should be comfortable learning and using various computer systems.
