We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a vital role in making our customers' experience unforgettable.

About the Role
  • You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter and completing rental bookings.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively, ensuring seamless transactions and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish customer car rental needs by actively listening.
  • Review various add-ons and services to determine what best suits the customer.
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
  • Complete rental bookings in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Answer customer questions and inquiries.

Requirements:
  • A full, unrestricted, and valid driver's license.
  • Casual position requiring availability to work on a rotational roster that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
