Job Title: Project Director

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to oversee the delivery of our bus depot electrification program. This is a crucial role that demands exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the delivery contractor, ensuring timely completion against agreed scope, timeframes, and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate design, construction, testing, and operational readiness activities for a complex project.
  • Provide strong leadership and collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, and government stakeholders.
  • Maintain risk assessments, issues, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.

You are an accomplished project leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects. You possess:

  • Significant experience managing contractors or Tier 1 and Tier 2 delivery partners.
  • A demonstrated ability to lead transitions in operationally complex environments.
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen and the capacity to balance program priorities with business needs.
