Lead a Team of Passionate Educators

About the Role

  • As a leader in our before- and after-school program, you'll create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage.
  • You'll take full ownership of your team's roster, manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle admin tasks—all while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.
  • With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you'll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of passionate educators in delivering high-quality programs for children aged 5-12 years.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to different learning styles and interests.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff rostering, attendance, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Commitment to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
