Customer Service and Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our Mackay store. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment, providing expert advice and support to our retail and trade customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, building strong relationships with our trade customers.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met, working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping, maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.
