Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Officer to join our dynamic operational environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative and customer service roles, with strong understanding of financial information and invoicing systems.

About the Role
  • Prepare and analyse key performance data and operational metrics for Bulk Business.
  • Reconcile electricity invoices from energy retailers for Inner and Outer Harbours.
  • Generate and prepare service charges for customers at Kwinana Bulk Terminal (KBT) and Kwinana Bulk Jetty (KBJ).
  • Liaise with customers regarding invoice details and purchase order requests.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify applicable charges in line with established business processes.
  • Produce reports detailing customer charges and associated costs.
  • Track and report casual and contractor working hours.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in PC and spreadsheet applications.
