Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the delivery of nursing services across multiple sites
  • To provide strategic guidance and support to nursing teams
  • To develop and implement policies and procedures that promote best practice in patient care

Requirements:

  • Currrent AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
