Job Description

As a customer development manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts across the industrial and trade sectors. Your goal will be to drive sales growth and maximize business opportunities within your designated territory.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer management, preferably in the commercial, automotive, or industrial sectors. You should have a proven track record of achieving sales results, developing customer relationships, and managing territories.

In this role, you will be required to attend sales meetings, trade shows, and product training sessions as needed. You must be able to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes, and achieve results. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as sound business acumen and numerical competency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and product training sessions as required.
