**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of high-volume payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating end-to-end payroll processes, including reporting, reconciling, and quality control. They will also possess excellent technical skills with payroll software and time-attendance systems, as well as advanced computer literacy skills.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Accurate and timely processing of high-volume payroll;
- Update employee profiles;
- Payroll and employee reporting;
- Termination calculations;
- Award interpretations;
- Superannuation processing;
- Year-end processes;
- Professional payroll training and development;
- Contribute to ad hoc tasks, including payroll system maintenance and year-end.

**Requirements**

- Previous experience working in similar roles within a high-volume payroll environment;
- Demonstrated experience coordinating an end-to-end payroll process including reporting, reconciling and quality control;
- Excellent technical skills with payroll software and time and attendance systems;
- Advanced computer literacy skills;
- Exposure to award interpretation;
- High work ethic and positive attitude;
- Helpful, friendly attitude with a focus on teamwork;
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
