Business Transformation Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Lead who can play a pivotal role in leading the analysis and design of impactful business solutions, managing complex projects, and championing change in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be an experienced business analyst with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a knack for bringing people together to solve complex problems.

  • Experience in a senior business analyst or equivalent role
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Experience in change management practices
  • A degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
