Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of production staff in achieving operational efficiency
  • Ensure accurate preparation, blending, and mixing of products following established recipes
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety
  • Perform heavy lifting and ensure integrity of raw materials throughout the manufacturing process
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices within the team
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, prioritizing the well-being of team members and upholding company values
  • Manufacture products within specified guidelines, maintaining product quality and integrity at all times
