Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Parks and Gardens Division based in Rydalmere. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, prioritizing workloads, and communicating effectively with employees and management.

  • Organize and manage daily runs
  • Prioritize workloads and delegate tasks as needed
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management
  • Assist with general maintenance on Council parks, gardens, sports fields, and reserves
Requirements:
  • MR Truck licence
  • C Class Licence (Essential)
  • Previous experience operating small plant including ride-on mowers, edgers, and whipper-snippers
  • Chemical Accreditation (preferred)
  • A certificate in Horticulture (preferred)
  • WHS card
  • Excellent work ethic and attitude

Work Location:

This position is based in Rydalmere, with regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. Regular meetings with management and colleagues will be required.
