**About This Opportunity **
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated team leader to join our dynamic environment. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and take on new challenges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a frontline team, providing ongoing feedback and support to staff, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They will also play a key role in training, onboarding, and coaching new starters.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrated experience in leading teams, with a strong ability to work independently and resolve issues. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as flexibility and availability to work across operating hours.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide leadership and support to the frontline team
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to staff
- Support training, onboarding, and coaching of new starters
- Ensure a positive customer experience for guests
- Deal with customer feedback and offer positive outcomes and solutions
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams with Team Leading experience
- A valid RSA and RCG competency card
- Confidence to work independently and resolve issues
- Great communication skills - both verbal and written
- Flexibility and availability to work across operating hours including weekends, nights, public holidays
