We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Proposals Specialist to join our team. As the successful applicant, you will play a key role in supporting the development of quotations and tenders for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of quotations and tenders by preparing bid responses, interpreting tender documents, and evaluating opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Commercial, WHS, and HR to develop compliant tender responses.
  • Estimate labour, material, and subcontractor costs, as well as drive competitive pricing through data-driven analysis.
Requirements:
  1. A degree in Engineering, Estimating, or Project Management (highly regarded).
  2. Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  3. A good understanding of Australian and international engineering/manufacturing standards.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work with defence writing standards for bids and tenders.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  6. Australian citizenship is required.
