Disability Support Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to provide high-quality support and care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to providing person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily living support to individuals with disabilities
  • Assist with accessing community resources and services
  • Support clients with personal care needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV or above in Disability or a related field
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Police Check, Working with Children check, NDIS Clearance, Covid Vaccine x3 and 2 x References
  • Drivers License and Comprehensive Insurance
