Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that provides a supportive and inclusive community for students to thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and culturally. This includes:

  • Liaising with feeder schools to ensure smooth transitions for students
  • Identifying opportunities to improve outcomes for students and implementing short and long-term plans to achieve these goals
  • Fostering a safe and nurturing environment for students
