Front Line Hospitality Role

This role requires someone to be the welcoming face of a bakery, ensuring customers have an enjoyable and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries.
  • Offer menu recommendations and describe bakery items, including allergens and dietary options.
  • Process customer orders efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Serve beverages and bakery items with care and attention to presentation.
  • Organize displays to showcase products attractively.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
  • Support kitchen staff to prepare and stock up food when needed.
  • Coordinate with the baking team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly.
  • Respond professionally to customer feedback and resolve minor complaints where necessary.
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with previous customer service or hospitality experience who is enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is also important.

Passion for food, baked goods, and creating memorable customer experiences is required.
