Beach Resort Host

This role requires providing a warm welcome and setting the tone for our guests' entire stay. Key responsibilities include ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from check-in to check-out, communicating effectively with colleagues to ensure cohesive collaboration, conquering challenges alongside guests, promoting hotel amenities and services, and being knowledgeable about local neighbourhood hotspots.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with an innovative approach to exceeding expectations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with previous experience in hotel front desk operations
