Student Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Student Services Coordinator to join our vibrant community for a fixed-term contract.

This role is the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors and requires someone with exceptional communication skills and a warm, welcoming attitude.

  • Proactively respond to inquiries and provide timely support to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.
  • Build rapport with residents, families, and visitors, providing a safe and inclusive environment for all.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements and best-practice admin systems.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our community.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent time management skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service or administration.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Physical ability to perform duties that require frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
